We want you to be happy with Orstrum. This policy describes when and how you can receive a refund for a paid subscription.
The free tier has no charges, so no refunds are applicable.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and you will retain access until the end of your annual term, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
All Team and Company plan subscriptions are non-refundable, whether billed monthly or annually. For seat-based billing adjustments (e.g., reducing seats mid-cycle), contact billing@orstrum.ai and we will apply a pro-rated credit to your next invoice.
Email billing@orstrum.ai from the address associated with your account. Include your account email, the payment date, and the reason for your request. We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard under Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the refund window above.
